Personalised/custom orders
If your order includes personalised details or custom requests (including but not limited to: name/text/colours etc), unfortunately refunds will not be accepted on these items

REFUNDS/RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED
If an order has arrived damaged due to courier negligence, a replacement will be send out as soon as possible
Failure to be delivered
If an item has been returned to sender, you will be contacted to provide an alternative address to send the item(s) on to. It will not be sent to the same address to avoid the same issue reoccurring
